File Complaint with the NEB
The National Ethics Bureau expects ethical conduct from its member advisors. (See our Ethics Pledge.) If you have a complaint about a member advisor’s business practices, we want to know about it. Please fully complete the forms below so we can investigate further. If you provide incomplete information, we may not be able to process your complaint.
We investigate all complaints. If a complaint has merit, we may revoke the involved advisor’s National Ethics Bureau membership. Details on complaint handling are in our FAQ.
If you are seeking financial restitution from an advisor, you should notify the appropriate regulatory authorities and/or retain an attorney.
