National Ethics Bureau Partners with ProducersWEB.com to Launch New TrendWatch Podcast Series. |

SAN DIEGO, CA, September 24, 2007—To help financial professionals benefit from emerging industry trends, National Ethics Bureau (NEB) has partnered with ProducersWEB.com to produce a new podcast series entitled Trendwatch. The podcast series will be available on ProducersWEB.com.
Hosted by NEB Chairman Steven R. McCarty and NEB President Jeffrey S. Kopitz, the new series brings together the industry’s top experts to help producers stay one step ahead of the issues that are transforming the business today.

Four podcasts are currently on tap for the TrendWatch series. The first, to be launched on Friday, September 28, 2007, is entitled “The Future of Annuities.” Show guests include Dick Duff, President of RWD Enterprises, and Steve Phillips, Director of Agent Education for Creative Marketing. Key trends to be discussed include Overcoming the Media, Current Trends and Buying Triggers, and New Income Options and Opportunities.
The second TrendWatch podcast will explore the future of designations. Scheduled for launch on October 24, 2007, it will feature Dr. Larry Barton, President and CEO of The American College and Henrietta Nye, President of Keir Educational Resources. Key trends on the agenda include new laws and regulations that will reshape the selection and use of professional designations, the difference between accredited designations and educational certifications, and the challenge of using designations ethically to expand your practice.
The third TrendWatch show, scheduled for launch on November 14, 2007, will explore the future of long-term care with guests Phyllis Shelton, President of LTC Consultants, and Jim Vonbruchhaeuser, Senior Vice President of M&O Marketing. Trends to be discussed include who’s buying LTCI and why, product designs that are reshaping the industry, and the role and impact of the new LTC partnership programs.
The fourth and final TrendWatch show, scheduled for December 12, 2007, will explore the future of life settlements with guests Scott Kirby, Co-President of Advanced Settlements; Brad Strickland, Senior Vice President of Melville Capital Life Settlements; and Mike Quinn, Executive Vice President of Cielo Life Settlement.
