NATIONAL VERIFICATION AGENCY ANNOUNCES NEW YEAR PROMOTION FOR "PRE-APPROVED" ADVISORS

Back to Scam Reports BACK

WASHINGTON, DC January 1, 2002 - The National Verification Agency (NVA), the nationally recognized certification, rating and award program for professional advisors, has announced plans to offer a substantial reduction in fees to a select group of professional advisors nationwide. "Effective immediately, we will be offering to waive our lifetime initiation and set-up fees to a number of 'pre-approved' advisors based on our advanced screening process", said Jeffrey Kopitz, the NVA's Chairman of the Board and Director of Research. "Our nation's economy remains volatile and the outlook is unstable. Now, more than ever, the public needs to know who they can trust in order to help them with their current needs. In this way, we can do our part to promote consumer confidence in the months ahead."

It is expected that this promotional effort will enhance an already broad market opportunity by jump-starting an ever increasing customer base in the first quarter of 2002. "We are continuing to revolutionize the way consumers do business with advisors", remarks Steven McCarty, NVA's National Director: 'recently, there has been an overwhelming demand for our verification services; consumers today insist on knowing the credentials of the advisor that they are buying from." McCarty said that "top advisors truly understand this requirement of the consumer and also recognize their own need for credibility in order to stay competitive." McCarty also referenced the new marketing promotion when he added: "We at the NVA are now positioned to make this necessary service available and affordable for anyone who acts in a fiduciary capacity."
