SAN DIEGO, CA, August 30, 2006 —The National Ethics Bureau (NEB) has selected AdvisorPR of Las Vegas, Nevada, to serve as its PR counsel as well as its recommended PR agency for approved member advisors.  Through this initiative, NEB’s goal is to build its national brand, while helping members achieve recognition for becoming an approved member of the Bureau.

“The National Ethics Bureau Seal of Trust (TM) stands for consumer protection and advisor integrity in the financial services business,” says NEB Chairman and Co-Founder Steven R. McCarty. “By selecting AdvisorPR, we hope to not only build our national brand, but also to provide turnkey assistance to our member advisors who’d like to become known for their strong compliance records and commitment to exemplary ethics.”

Under the agreement, AdvisorPR, a division of Cayane Communications, will promote NEB’s consumer protection services, including the ability to purchase a background check on any financial advisor, to verify the background of an approved NEB advisor, and to find an approved advisor in their local areas.  AdvisorPR will also promote NEB’s consumer protection tools, including its Consumer Guide to Investment Scam Prevention and its Consumer Guide to Identity Theft Prevention

AdvisorPR will also provide a turnkey media campaign to local NEB members who want to announce their NEB membership to their local community and later communicate new consumer protection resources from the Bureau.
