NEB Launches Preferred Risk E&O at Creative Marketing’s “Learn to Earn” Conference

Back to Scam Reports BACK

SAN DIEGO, CA, November 6, 2008—The National Ethics Bureau (NEB) presented its Preferred Risk E&O™ program at Creative Marketing’s “Learn to Earn Agent Sales Summit” on October 8-10, 2008 in Overland Park, Kansas.  The nearly 300 attendees had an opportunity to learn sales concepts from proven producers, to hear about looming regulatory changes, and to discover how to buy E&O for less through NEB.

“Creative Marketing is all about doing the right thing,” says Senior Vice President Mike “Cy” Cajthaml. “We were delighted NEB came to talk to our agents about something as important as E&O protection.”

Exhibiting at Creative Marketing’s summit were Steven R. McCarty, NEB Chairman, and Jeffrey S. Kopitz, NEB President. The keynote speaker was Oprah favorite Larry Winget, billed as the world’s only “irritational” speaker. Also speaking were industry superstars Michael Blaker, driving force behind the Annuity Arbritrage System; David Scranton, a $30 million producer and 2006 Senior Market Advisor of the Year finalist; and many other top producers. The National Association of Fixed Annuities was also represented at the meeting.

“Creative Marketing did a great job designing this learning event for their top agents,” said McCarty. “This is just another way they are helping their agents succeed in today’s environment.”

According to McCarty and Kopitz, NEB’s E&O program will cost up to 50% less than comparable coverage for higher risk individuals.1 Reason: Since NEB members have passed a comprehensive series of background checks, they pose a lower risk to the insurance company and can therefore qualify for a much better deal.

Current NEB members in good standing automatically qualify for Preferred Risk E&O. Non-members can either apply for NEB membership or purchase E&O as a non-member.  However, non-members pay an additional $100 regardless of package chosen.

“The fact that NEB has been able to negotiate favorable E&O rates is one more reason for agents to consider joining NEB,” says Creative Marketing’s “Cy” Cajthaml. “NEB has done an exemplary job of providing quality E&O coverage at a reasonable cost.”
